Joe Grimes was born on August 4, 1972 and currently resides in Antioch, Illinois, which is a small town located on the Wisconsin border. Joe's professional career spans over 16 years as an expert in Demand Management, Sales & Operations Planning, Supply Chain Management, Customer Service, and Customer Experience Management. His proven leadership style encompasses a blend of insightful vision, interpersonal effectiveness through communication and collaboration, and analytical rationalization. His successes include grass-roots development of best-practice Demand Management processes for a manufacturing organization complete with development of value-add metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of demand forecasts and supporting assumptions from sales & marketing collaboration efforts. Joe also developed a new form of Customer-Experience Mapping that allows an organization to trace the entire customer experience to a company's functions and offers a forum for analysis of market survey results.

 

Joe's photography explores his special interests in travel, scenic nature, waterfalls, and baby portrait photogrpahy. He enjoys all the beauty that is found in nature and captures breathtaking images from all around North America. His travels have taken him to all 50 states, but prefers to visit the mountainous regions of the western U.S. Joe Grimes has some published works for on-line travel sites as well as some printed waterfalls images in travel brocures. His most recent photography projects has his lens focused on the delicate innocense of babies in which he captures and portrays their youthful purity.
